At Kikiva Collection, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
